Nothing makes us happier than to see our clients
with a smile on their face or a joyful tear in
their eye. Knowing that we've taken their
vision, made it a reality, and then taken it to
a level higher than they ever expected, is what
we achieve with every event we put our heart and
soul into! In today's competitive market, when
selected to create a successful event, one
should have many different skill sets.
Well, we believe that the individuals, each with a strong skill set, is what makes an extraordinary team and in turn the success of the event! Our commitment is reflected in our passion for what we do; our fantastic cuisine, attention to detail and most of all, our ability to clearly communicate with you! It is our promise to create the most exquisite experience, tailored to suit your individual style and taste!

wedding!) In addition, much deeper than just
planning an event (many of my clients have

alongside Mark Burnett (creator of Survivor, The
Apprentice, Are You Smarter than a Fifth
Grader?) on the Discovery Channel’s
Eco-challenge as the principle event chef and
coordinator. He taught me that you are only as
limited as your imagination! And at Fox Studios
as set designer/food stylist on the set of a the
sitcom Kitchen Confidential depicting renown
chef Anthony Bourdain, I learned that there's
more than meets the eye to this craft!!
In my lifetime, I have been fortunate
enough to live and cook in a variety of
countries, with various climates. The haute city
of Toronto; the Pacific “wet” coast of
Vancouver; the Caribbean jungles of Trinidad;
the winter wonderland of Whistler
and the deserts of Australia, to name a
few, have all given me the utmost appreciation
and respect for event and set designing and
catering. I did not realize to what extent
location, climate and terrain played such a
monumentus role. Although San Diego has near
perfect weather, it is the ability to overcome
those aspects and think
“outside the box” to create a flawless event...
and that's the funniest part about our job!
I love my life, I love food and I love
parties!

My skill
set is having had the
opportunity to work at places and
meet people that have raised my
awareness for quality (whether it be
design, cuisine or lifestyle) to a
higher level. Taking
that awareness and sharing it with you! Jeffrey Strauss from the Pamplemousse Grille, taught me "attention to detail" on so many levels, especially when I was his event chef for clients with the most discriminating taste. As director of special events at Girard Gourmet, one of La Jolla’s most popular eateries, I created relationships that went so much deeper than just planning an event |
